The Christmas lights inside the house have their own timer as if it was a room.  The difference here is we want to see the Christmas lights on any time we are home so that timer is held to 1200 seconds any time there is a 'Sign of Life'.  Once Sign of Life becomes false, we allow that timer to start counting down and at 1 second, the Inside Christmas Lights turn off.  There are two sections to this:
