In no particular order, here are the pictures from the season. These were taken at various games and show the girls as they played different positions. Since the pitcher is the easiest to photograph (she is always in the same place) there are many more pitching pictures than anything else. You also may notice a growing little girl by the name of Bailey that seems to show up in what seems like more than her share of photos. That would be my daughter so lets just say the camera seems to favor her. Let's start with our coach, Stu:
Stu kept the girls in line all season and introduced many of them to a couple of new rules as they changed age groups. Among those rules are 'drop third strike' and 'walking the batter'. There were other girls who had never played before who under the coaching of Stu have turned out to be really good players. We also regret to see some of the older girls move on to the next age group as they have been a great help to us this year (we expect them to get snatched up by the best teams for next year).
As I mentioned, there are lots of pitching photos so lets see them next in alphabetical order by first name:
An
important part of pitching is the catcher. I think we only have one single
picture of any of our catchers...
All
of our season batting pictures:
Runners can be challenging to catch with a zoom lens but we managed to catch a few (something we hope our opponents aren't as good at):
